The building's modern aesthetics were a highlight, and the spacious apartments had potential. Unfortunately, persistent issues plagued our stay, including a lack of hot water and bathroom locks in both rooms, leading to frustrating moments. Staff responsiveness fell short, culminating in a broken door incident due to a malfunctioning electronic key. Despite the situation, the finger food available was enjoyable, offering a small respite in an otherwise disappointing experience.

The building looks modern with spacious apartments that have potential for comfort.
Persistent issues like a lack of locks on bathroom doors made for awkward moments. Showers only provided one round of hot water, leaving others with cold showers every day. Malfunctioning electronic keys led to a door needing to be broken down, resulting in having to move rooms again, which also lacked proper locking facilities.

The place looks great, but we faced some major issues. Hot water was hit or miss, and the lack of bathroom locks was really awkward. Staff response felt unprofessional, especially when we raised concerns. Not impressed overall.

Nice apartment but serious management issues
We liked the spacious apartment, but the lack of basic amenities, such as locks on the bathroom doors, was a huge downside. During our five-day stay, we dealt with intermittent hot water and an electronic key issue that resulted in a door needing to be broken down. When we voiced our concerns, the management's response was unprofessional and dismissive.

The apartment was spacious and had a lovely modern vibe. we faced some disappointing issues. There was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom, and the lack of locks on the bathroom doors was really awkward. Hot water was hit or miss, which was frustrating during our five-night stay. We even had to deal with a malfunctioning electronic key that required a door to be broken down.

It was just a reliable pick for a short staycation in Agadir with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were really friendly and offered us help with our luggage when we arrived, which was a nice start. Just remember to check the hot water situation before jumping in the shower to avoid any surprises.

Had a great time with friends! The location was perfect, just minutes from the Synagogue and Club Royal de Tennis. The spacious apartment made our stay comfortable. Don't miss out on trying the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. it was definitely a highlight of our trip!
We did run into some trouble with the staff when we brought up our concerns. It felt a bit unprofessional when the manager got upset over a conversation about local issues.
